We provide transportation to our clinic, to make your visit easier. Our shuttle picks you up and brings you directly to the clinic, so you don’t have to worry about directions or parking.

For the Yuma Area:

Outside Yuma;
​Transportation available for an additional fee.
For locations outside Yuma, early morning scheduling is required, as transportation is not available later in the day.
Flat Rate Destinations:
Phoenix, AZ – $300 round trip
San Diego, CA – $300 round trip

Scheduling Your Shuttle
To ensure availability, please schedule in advance:

Yuma area: At least 48 hours prior

Outside Yuma: Minimum of 1 week in advance
How to Request Your Shuttle
To schedule your ride, please contact our team and provide the following information:

Exact pickup and drop-off location (name of place required)

Number of passengers

Let us know if you will be traveling with pets
Our team will confirm availability and coordinate all the details with you.
Payment Options
For routes with a fee:

Payment can be made in cash, or

Added to your treatment balance for your convenience
Cancellations & Changes

Yuma appointments: Please cancel or reschedule at least 1–2 days in advance

Outside Yuma: Minimum 3 days in advance
This helps us coordinate routes efficiently for all patients.
Wait Time & Delays

The shuttle will wait up to 20 minutes at the scheduled pickup time

If you notify us in advance about a delay, we will do our best to accommodate you
Shared Rides & Availability
To provide efficient service:

Rides may be shared with other patients when necessary

If the shuttle is fully booked, your appointment time may need to be adjusted

Transporting illegal substances, drugs, or alcohol is not permitted

Medications that are not legally allowed across the border cannot be transported
